We are proud to say that all Vuelta USA chainrings are Made In The USA. We make chainrings in all popular sizes for mountain and road bikes, including MTB Compact, LX/XT/XTR-Compatible, Standard MTB, Standard Road, and Campagnolo-Compatible. We also have chainring sizes available for 29ers.

All Vuelta USA chainrings are engineered to meet the demands of today’s cyclists, and they can be found almost everywhere, from the open road, to challenging mountain trails, to paved urban canyons – anyplace where there’s a demand for a quality product that will reliably carry you every mile to your destination.

HOW THEY ARE MADE

Precision engineering and manufacturing plus quality materials make up every Vuelta USA chainring that we make ourselves. Rings begin life as aerospace-grade 6061-T6 aluminum alloy for the middle and outer rings and 7075-T6 for the granny gears, then CNC-machined to the highest tolerances possible – one at a time. After every production run is hand inspected, freshly-machined rings are anodized to provide an extra layer of protection, to ensure the highest performance while fighting the toughest conditions on the road, track or trail.

But we’re not finished yet. Our SE Plus rings each get a set of high-quality stainless steel shift pins, to make sure that every shift is clean and fast when working with today’s modern nine- and ten-speed drivetrains. Our Flat chainrings for older-model bikes receive another round of quality-control inspections to make sure that those older rides perform as well as if they were made today. Once every chainring has been thoroughly checked out, they finally earn the right to carry the Vuelta USA logo that’s laser-etched into them.

Sure, there are easier and quicker ways to make a chainring. But nobody makes chainrings better than Vuelta USA.
